Contracts of Employment
You are required by law to provide your employees with a Statement of Main Terms and Conditions within 8 weeks of starting work with you. If you don’t, the penalty can be 2 – 4 weeks pay.As part of our Premier Package, we will review your Contracts of Employment and if necessary, re-draft them to ensure that they are legally compliant and providing your business with maximum protection.
If you don’t have Contracts of Employment in place, we will draft them for you and advise you of the most effective way of implementing them.

Company Policies
Do you have company policies in place that protect you? For example, against misuse of work communications systems?If you already have policies in place, we will review them for you, and where necessary advise where they can be tightened.
If you don’t have policies in place, we will advise you and draft bespoke policies to suit you and ultimately protect your business.

Employment Tribunals
Have you received a claim against you from a disgruntled employee? Have you been sued by an employee in the past? If the answer to either of these questions is ‘yes’, you will know how time consuming, costly and annoying these claims can be. You will also know that your right to run your business as you see fit, is not always the primary issue.At WBR, and as part of your Premier Package, we can provide you with a full range service, dealing with initial advice on the merits of the Claim, and how best to deal with it, right through to representation at Employment Tribunal.

If you are not a member of WBR, and have had a claim made against you, we can still help. We offer a competitive fixed fee service for dealing with your claim. As part of that fixed fee, one of our experienced litigators wil deal with your claim from the outset right through to representation at Employment Tribunal. There are no hidden costs – you pay a one off fee - you don’t need to worry about monthly bills for your legal fees – it is all covered in a competitive fixed fee, and we are confident that you will be impressed with our service.
