At WBR, we only want to give our clients the best possible service. So we only use the best possible advisors!
Having worked in private law firms for a number of years, the Partners of William B. Rose recognised the need for a service that provided businesses with prompt commercial and pragmatic advice to help them achieve their business aims, without falling foul of the vast and ever increasing employment legislation.
The Partners also realised that businesses needed protection from claims being made against them by employees. The Tribunal system in the UK does not attract costs, so there is nothing to stop a disgruntled employee bringing a claim, no matter how weak the merits of his case.
At William B. Rose, all of our advisors have qualified as solicitors or barristers in private practice (although we are classed as non practising solicitors as technically we are not a firm of solicitors) and we make a promise to our clients that this recruitment policy will never change. We believe wholeheartedly in having quality people who provide quality, pragmatic and commercial advice to their clients.
All of our Health and Safety Consultants are qualified by formal examination and have a vast range of practical knowledge and experience – bringing our clients the best possible service and protection for their business.
